These Membership Terms govern your NOMAE membership and form part of your agreement with Nordic Hormone Concepts ApS, CVR 43969137, Copenhagen (“NOMAE”, “we”, “us”). They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy & Cookie Policy. Where these Membership Terms conflict with the general Terms & Conditions on a membership matter, these Membership Terms take precedence.
By enrolling, you accept these terms.
NOMAE is delivered through continuous membership rather than one-off appointments, because hormonal and metabolic health is managed over time, not in a single visit. Your membership gives you access to the clinical care, planning, follow-up and resources described for your chosen tier at the time you join. The specific inclusions and price for your tier are those shown at sign-up and confirmed in your enrolment.
Current tiers:
What is and isn’t included in each tier is set out on the membership page. Membership covers clinical time, planning and follow-up for your tier; it does not cover pharmacy costs, third-party laboratory fees beyond those stated in your tier, or services outside your tier.
Each tier has a minimum commitment period, disclosed at sign-up:
During the minimum commitment you may not cancel for convenience, and fees for the full minimum period remain payable. This reflects the health tests, planning and clinical time reserved for you at the start of care.
The basis on which your membership renews — including the six-month renewal cycle — is disclosed at sign-up and confirmed in your enrolment. After the minimum commitment, membership renews automatically at the then-current fee for your tier and is billed monthly. All memberships renew in six-month terms; for Signature and Elevated this aligns with the six-month cycle on which testing is planned and costed. To cancel after the minimum commitment, give written notice (Section 6) at least 30 days before the end of your current six-month term; notice received later takes effect at the end of the following term.
After your minimum commitment, you may pause your membership for up to one (1) month. This is available once in each six-month term. Pausing defers your membership rather than reducing it: your billing and your six-month term are both suspended for the pause and resume together, so the term — and the testing and care it includes — extend by the length of the pause. You cannot pause while on a prescription or therapy that requires continuous monitoring (for example, ongoing HRT or GLP-1 treatment); a clinically necessary interruption of treatment is a decision made with your doctor and is handled separately from a membership pause. While paused:
You can resume at any time within the pause window; if you do not resume, we will contact you before either restarting or closing the membership.
After your minimum commitment, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice (e.g. by email to Lisbet@onethirtylabs.com). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current six-month renewal term (see Section 4), and your membership and billing continue until then. Fees already paid for the current cycle are not refunded, but you retain access for the period paid.
On cancellation:
Most members change tiers at least once as their needs evolve. Changing tiers does not restart a minimum commitment unless you move into a tier with a longer commitment than you have already served.
We may suspend or end a membership where there is persistent non-payment, a serious or repeated breach of our Terms, or where, in our clinical judgment, continued membership-based care is not appropriate or safe for you (in which case we will help arrange a safe handover or referral). We will give reasonable notice except where immediate action is necessary.
If you enroll online as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Agreements Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). If you ask us to begin care within that period and expressly consent, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed and may be charged proportionately for care already delivered. Enrolling for care to begin within 14 days constitutes that consent.
We may update these Membership Terms. The version published on our website is the current one. Material changes affecting existing members will be notified in advance, with the opportunity to cancel before they take effect.
These Membership Terms are governed by Danish law, with disputes brought before the competent Danish courts. Healthcare-specific complaints follow the routes set out in our Terms & Conditions.
